Sculpture | 3D
I have been sculpting for as long as I can remember. Sculpture is more for myself than for any paid work. I also dabble in digital sculpting and modeling.
Below are a few examples of both physical and digital sculpture work:
Tinkerbell
This is a sculpture I'm working on for my mom. Her miniature donkey "Tinkerbell" passed away recently and I thought it would be nice to have a little statue to remember her.

Fenrir Digital Sculpture
This is a cartoon style 3D model of "Fenrir", the wolf in Viking mythology that kills Odhinn. Once the model is finished I would like to get this printed as a real sculpture for my office using Shapeways.com.
Hnefatafl Board
I have started making my own Hnefatafl board (a Norse chess-like game). The board is made of Oak panels, hand-cut Stained Glass and midnight black epoxy grout.
There are 131 total Stained Glass board tiles.
Hnefatafl Pieces
I have sculpted the 3 original playing pieces for the board I made previously. The attackers will be the mighty Vikings and the defenders are the French of the same time period. The King is loosely based on Louise VI or "Louise the Fat" as he is known now.
Mjolnir Amulet
I started digitally sculpting my new Mjolnir (Hammer of Thor) amulet. I'm using ZBrush 4 to do the digital 3D sculpture and Shapeways to cast the 3D model in sterling silver.
MC+A Countdown
This was the broadcast countdown I did for my former employer. All modeling and animation done in Lightwave 3D.
Samurai Rocco
This is a 3D character I modeled a bunch of years ago. He's based on my cat, Rocco. Modeled in Lightwave 3D 7.
PhatPlat
This is a group of characters I'm working on for an illustration. The main character is "PhatPlat", named after a friend of mine who used that as his instant messenger name. Done in Lightwave 3D 7.
